NON-SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT FAQs

How will I receive the products that I order from the shop?

Your order from the online store (all products except subscription boxes) is made-to-order and will be ready-to-ship within 1-7 business days. Orders made for multiple items may be shipped separately.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX FAQs

What products are in the BLB?

BLB's mission is to celebrate our culture and improve the mindset of our community. The products in our box are selected from small businesses and African fair trade companies. Our products range from beauty and fashion to home decor and stationary. 

When is the cutoff date for each month?

The subscription cutoff date is ten days before the last day of the month. Orders placed after this time will be shipped during the next shipping cycle. For example, in February, the cutoff date is February 18th (10 days before the 28th), which means orders made on that day and after will receive their box in March.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship during the last ten days of each month. 

When does my subscription renew?

Boxes renew on the last day of each month. If you subscribed after our cutoff date, your box will not renew until the the last day of the next month.

How do I cancel/pause my BLB?

To cancel your subscription, visit the customer portal by selecting your name or "Log In" in the menu. From the portal you can cancel or push your renewal to a later date.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns at this time. If you have any grievances about your order, please feel free to contact us up to 7 days after your box is delivered. Fill out the Shipment Inquiry Form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
